Hannah represents corporations and individuals in a variety of high-stakes disputes, including complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining WMHW, Hannah practiced law at a top litigation boutique, where she represented corporate and individual clients on both the plaintiff and defense side in complex commercial disputes, securities class actions, government investigations, and matters involving constitutional, civil rights, and administrative law.  She has experience at all stages of litigation and has drafted pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs in state and federal court.

Hannah clerked for the Honorable Ronald Lee Gilman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Uzi Vogelman of the Israeli Supreme Court.  She graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was co-editor-in-chief of the Harvard Human Rights Journal, a research assistant, and a contributor to OnLabor.org.  Hannah was also a Fulbright Scholar and the recipient of Harvard’s Frederick Sheldon Traveling Fellowship.
