Olivia’s practice focuses on complex commercial matters, white collar defense, and government investigations. She represents individuals and corporations in high-stakes civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.

Olivia practiced in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice as a trial attorney, where she worked on money laundering and asset recovery cases, with a focus on matters involving digital currency and international transactions.  She prosecuted multi-defendant wire fraud, money laundering, antiquities smuggling, and dark web drug trafficking cases.  Olivia also served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she managed investigations and prosecutions of misdemeanor and felony matters.

Prior to joining WMHW, Olivia served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Raúl M. Arias-Marxuach of the United States District Court for Puerto Rico.

Olivia earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where she received multiple scholarships and grants, including the ASPIRE Cybersecurity Scholarship, a full-tuition, federally funded merit scholarship.
