Today, the Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department declared the recently redrawn New York State Assembly maps unconstitutional and void, providing a sweeping victory for Jim Walden and Peter Devlin of Walden Macht & Haran, and the bi-partisan group of petitioners who challenged the gerrymandered maps in Court.
