Walden Macht Haran & Williams LLP (WMHW) is proud to celebrate its ten-year anniversary, marking a decade of excellence and accomplishment as a prominent boutique, focusing on white collar defense and investigations, complex litigation, monitorships, and False Claims Act litigation.

Founded in 2015 by Jim Walden, Tim Macht, and Sean Haran, WMHW now boasts 18 partners and over 24 attorneys, and added Partner Milton Williams to the masthead in 2024, rebranding to Walden Macht Haran & Williams LLP.
