WMHW secured a key win for client Scott Stringer in an ongoing defamation action, with the court granting leave to amend the complaint to add new defendants.

As reported by the New York Post, the ruling allows Stringer to bring claims against additional parties Tusk Strategies and Bradley Tusk alleged to have played a role in the creation of the statements at issue.

The decision marks an important step forward in the case, expanding the scope of the action and reinforcing the strength of the underlying claims. Milton Williams said the team is willing to “take this case to the very end in an effort to right the wrong that was done to Mr. Stringer, his wife and his family.”
