Sarah’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and government investigations. She represents individuals and corporations in matters involving alleged securities violations, contractual disputes, and criminal enforcement actions.

Prior to joining WMHW, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Victor Marrero of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also practiced at an international law firm in New York, where she worked on high-stakes litigation involving financial institutions, sovereign entities, and technology companies, and maintained an active pro bono practice.

Sarah graduated from Stanford Law School, with high distinction in pro bono, and served as a senior editor on the Stanford Law Review. She interned for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
