WMHW Elects Jonathan DeSantis to Partner

NEW YORK (January 1, 2026)Walden Macht Haran & Williams LLP (WMHW) is pleased to announce that Jonathan DeSantis has been elected to partner, effective January 1. Jon’s election reflects his outstanding record of client service, strategic judgment, and leadership within the firm.

Jon represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions under the federal False Claims Act and similar state statutes. He has extensive experience across all phases of whistleblower litigation, including early case assessment, government engagement, and trial and appellate advocacy. Jon has secured results in matters involving fraud against Medicare, Medicaid, and other government sponsored healthcare programs, achieving meaningful outcomes for clients and the government alike.

Jon’s work includes handling complex investigations and litigation against large corporate entities, with a focus on uncovering and addressing conduct that impacts public programs and taxpayers. He has authored and co authored law review articles addressing issues related to whistleblower litigation and enforcement.

Jon earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he was recognized for academic excellence. He received his B.A. from Temple University. Earlier in his career, Jon clerked for the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
