WMHW partner John Keller was quoted in The Washington Post in an article examining the Justice Department’s prosecution efforts involving former FBI Director James Comey and the reported effects on DOJ personnel, resources, and public trust.

John, who previously served as acting head of the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section, noted that prosecutions perceived as politically driven can “delegitimize law enforcement” and be “offensive and demoralizing” for career prosecutors committed to impartial enforcement.
