At WMHW, inclusion is woven deeply into our cultural fabric. We champion this principle because we firmly believe that the broadest spectrum of viewpoints enriches our work and makes our team stronger.

Women’s Initiative

In 2017, WMHW established the Women’s Initiative to formally connect women through firm-sponsored mentorship events, community service, and pro bono activities. As part of this effort, we host prominent women from the worlds of television, film, politics, law, public service, and business, whose perspectives serve as crucial springboards in the community-building process, promoting and fostering a culture of inclusion for ALL of our lawyers.
