Aaron oversees the firm’s core administrative functions–including finance, human resources, technology, and general business affairs–to help manage strategic growth. Actively involved in all day-to-day aspects of WMHW’s operations, he develops efficiencies that shape firm strategy and support the partnership, which ultimately create exceptional value for clients.
On the operations side, Aaron manages the firm’s financial and productivity tracking, develops and monitors annual budgets, coordinates assignment of work to associates, and monitors lawyer productivity to inform hiring practices. He also plays a key role in the firm’s security and risk management efforts, from planning IT and data security initiatives to drafting policies and procedures and keeping the firm’s technology strategies on track. In addition, Aaron manages WMHW’s benefits programs and leads the firm’s commercial real estate efforts.
Prior to joining the firm, Aaron held positions at two New York City law firms. While at Hamilton College, he captained the school’s varsity rowing team and was selected to the 2013 N.E.S.C.A.C. All-Conference Team.
