Hunter Pearl focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and appellate matters, including disputes involving contracts, securities, corporate governance, antitrust, and employment.
Prior to joining WMHW, Hunter practiced at a national law firm in New York, where he represented corporate and individual clients in high stakes matters. His experience also includes serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul B. Matey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Hunter earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as Articles Editor and Deputy Per Curiam Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He interned for the Honorable Paul Wilson of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
