Ivy has broad litigation experience representing companies, individuals, and financial institutions in connection with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining WMHW, Ivy practiced in the litigation department of a preeminent global law firm where she represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with a shareholder litigation and a Section 1782 proceeding in federal courts, and an appraisal action and a Section 220 lawsuit in the Court of Chancery of Delaware.
During law school, Ivy served as the Editor-in-Chief of Columbia Journal of Tax Law, and obtained asylum for her client in Newark Immigration Court while working in the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. She was a judicial intern in the Eastern District Court of New York.
