Siobhan concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and securities matters, including disputes involving novel securities issues, internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and high-stakes commercial claims. She has experience in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation through appeals.

Prior to joining WMHW, Siobhan practiced in the Litigation Department at an international law firm in New York, where she represented corporate clients in multibillion-dollar securities class actions, state regulatory proceedings related to cryptocurrency offerings, internal investigations, and complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes managing large-scale discovery, drafting pleadings and appellate submissions, preparing regulatory presentations, and second chairing depositions.

Siobhan earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and received the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize. She served as Managing Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and was the winner of the E. Allan Farnsworth Note Competition for her article, “The Role of the Excessive Fines Clause in Ending the Criminalization of Homelessness.”
