Firm Partner Milt Williams, former Counsel Derek Borchardt, and Associate Alexander Kahn represented a group of former employees of the New York City bar Sweet & Vicious, who served as whistleblowers to the New York State Office of the Attorney General concerning the toxic, discriminatory, and unlawful conditions of employment that employees of the bar experienced.  Based on the information provided by the firm’s clients, the Attorney General secured a $500,000 settlement with the bar and its owner, Hakan Karamahmutoglu, which was announced today.
